Shipping

We process orders within 1-2 business days. Delivery timelines depend on your location and the shipping partner available. You will receive tracking details via email and SMS once your order is dispatched.

Delivery pricing is based on the product subtotal: ₹0 at ₹400 or more, and ₹100 below ₹400. This price is the same for every Indian PIN entered at checkout. Courier selection is handled by our team before dispatch.

Returns

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order details. We will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened food and wellness products are not eligible for return unless they are damaged or defective.

Order Tracking

You can track your order from your account dashboard once it has been shipped. If you checked out as a guest, tracking details will be sent to your registered email.
